We are looking for a strategic technology leader with a strong track record of delivering transformation and business change.

## Description

This is a highly visible leadership position with responsibility for driving the organisation's digital strategy, technology capability, data agenda, and transformation programmes., * Developing and delivering the organisation's digital transformation roadmap.

 * Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and commercial performance through technology.
 * Leading business-wide transformation initiatives across multiple functions.
 * Defining and maintaining the technology architecture and systems strategy.
 * Overseeing enterprise platforms, including ERP, CRM, and service management systems.
 * Establishing strong data governance, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities.
 * Enabling data-driven decision making across commercial, operational, and financial functions.
 * Managing technology vendors and strategic delivery partners.
 * Ensuring robust cybersecurity, compliance, and operational resilience.
 * Leading, developing, and inspiring a high-performing technology team.
 * Driving adoption of new digital tools and capabilities through effective change management., * Significant experience leading digital transformation or technology strategy within a complex organisation.
 * Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, enterprise applications, and systems integration.
 * Experience delivering large-scale cross-functional transformation programmes.
 * A proven ability to align technology initiatives with commercial objectives.
 * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience influencing senior leadership teams and driving organisational change.
