You'll ideally have: * Strong experience as a Senior Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant or Salesforce Developer. * Proven experience working with Sales Cloud, particularly Lead and Opportunity Management. * Experience implementing and improving Salesforce processes rather than simply maintaining an existing system. * Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. * The ability to take a business problem, understand the underlying requirement and design an appropriate Salesforce solution. * Experience across Service Cloud / Case Management would be beneficial. * Apex/development experience would be advantageous, although this isn't essential. * The confidence to work autonomously and take ownership of projects/workstreams. * A proactive, consultative approach with genuine interest in improving how the business operates * Financial Services / Workplace Pensions experience would be advantageous but isn't essential. What We're Looking For The three key things are: 1. Stakeholder-focused Someone who doesn't simply deliver a ticket. They understand why the stakeholder has a problem, challenge and workshop the requirement, and work towards the right solution. 2. Strong Salesforce / Opportunity Management experience Someone who understands the Salesforce ecosystem and has hands-on experience implementing and improving Lead and Opportunity Management within Sales Cloud. 3. Ownership and care Someone who wants to take ownership of a Salesforce workstream, cares about the quality of what they deliver and can become a trusted partner to the business. ## Description We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator / Consultant to join a Workplace Pensions team and take ownership of Salesforce improvements across the business. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts and technical teams to understand business challenges, identify the right Salesforce solutions and then take those solutions through to implementation. This is not simply a ticket-delivery role.
