You'll ideally have: * Previous experience in an IT, IT systems or business systems role * Strong ERP experience * Experience supporting CRM and other business applications * Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and network infrastructure * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * An analytical approach, with experience producing reports and working with data * Experience improving systems, processes and business efficiency * SQL/database knowledge would be advantageous * Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users * Good organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities * A proactive approach to technology and continuous improvement * The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to the wider team The Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional looking for variety, autonomy and the chance to make a genuine impact. APPLY TODAY! ## Description An established and successful business is looking for an experienced IT & Business Systems Manager to take ownership of its IT environment and business systems. This is a varied, hands on role covering IT infrastructure, ERP and CRM systems, user support, data, reporting and technology projects.
