 * Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
 * Strong stakeholder communication skills.

Desirable

 * Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Graph and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
 * Banking or regulated industry experience., AI Engineers (2 Roles): Hands-on engineers with strong Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Workday integration, and agent developmentexperience, capable of building and deploying production-grade AI solutions in large enterprise environments.

## Description

The AI Engineers will be responsible for building, configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise AI agents and copilots usingMicrosoft's AI ecosystem., * Develop and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

 * Build and maintain enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions.
 * Configure AI orchestration and multi-agent workflows.
 * Integrate AI solutions with Workday and enterprise systems.
 * Implement MCP and A2A-based communication patterns.
 * Build integrations using Microsoft Graph, APIs, connectors, and Azure services.
 * Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimisation activities.
 * Develop reusable AI components and accelerators.
 * Assist with customer demonstrations, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities.
 * Document solutions and support operational handover., Experience supporting enterprise-scale AI deployments. Deliverables
