## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Change Lead, Business Change Manager, or similar change management professional.
 * Strong experience delivering finance transformation, ERP, or business change programmes.
 * Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills.
 * Solid understanding of core finance processes, operating models, and finance transformation.
 * Experience working with ERP and finance systems.
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
 * Experience applying ADKAR or similar change management frameworks.
 * A pragmatic, hands-on approach with the ability to drive delivery and get things done.

Desirable Experience

 * Experience working within non-profit, charitable, membership, public sector, regulated, or purpose-led organisations.
 * Previous involvement in large-scale ERP implementations or transformation programmes.
 * Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments.
 * Relevant change management certifications.

## Description

We're supporting a leading national organisation on a major finance transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive business adoption, stakeholder engagement, and organisational readiness throughout the transformation.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile programme that will modernise finance processes, systems, and ways of working across a complex organisation. Working closely with programme leadership, finance teams, and senior stakeholders, you'll ensure new capabilities are successfully embedded and deliver lasting business benefits., * Lead change management activities across a large-scale finance transformation programme.

 * Develop and deliver change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communications strategies, and adoption activities.
 * Drive business readiness and support the successful implementation of new finance processes and systems.
 * Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across finance and operational teams.
 * Support leaders and employees through periods of change and transition.
 * Identify, manage, and mitigate change-related risks, resistance, and people impacts.
 * Apply structured change methodologies, including ADKAR, to drive successful outcomes.
