Experience in a student administration, data-related or other transferable administrative role. Experience using IT systems effectively and accurately, including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Access. Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage workloads effectively. Ability to work collaboratively, use initiative appropriately and meet deadlines. DESIRABLE CRITERIA GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above. IT qualification at Level 1 or above. Experience of using student data management software, preferably ProSolution. ## Description Are you an organised and customer-focused administrator who enjoys supporting learners and colleagues to achieve their goals? We are looking for a Curriculum Support Administrator to join our Curriculum Support team. In this varied role, you will provide high-quality administrative support across curriculum areas, helping to ensure that student records, data and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently. Working closely with curriculum teams, the Curriculum Administration Team Leader and Curriculum Administration Manager, you will support a wide range of activities including admissions, enrolment, student data administration, examinations, attendance monitoring, DBS processing and meeting administration. Your contribution will play an important part in supporting learners, staff and stakeholders across further education, higher education, apprenticeships and adult education. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support curriculum teams with a wide range of administrative and student data-related activities. Assist with admissions, learner enquiries, applications and enrolment processes. Maintain accurate student records and ensure information is processed in a timely and efficient manner. Support examinations and initial assessments, including booking, administration and invigilation activities. Record and report student absence information for curriculum areas. Process Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) applications and maintain associated records. Organise meetings, prepare documentation and take minutes where required, including student disciplinary meetings. Support purchase ordering processes and assist with invoice administration. Register students on relevant online platforms and support certification and registration processes.
