They will be a practical problem solver with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, a willingness to learn and the ability to work effectively as part of a global IT team., * 3+ years' experience in an IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineer or similar technical role. * Practical experience supporting Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and Domain Controllers. * Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft technologies. * Experience supporting and troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP. * Understanding of Firewalls, VPNs and network security/SOC. * Experience providing technical support across hardware, software and end-user devices. * Experience with backup, disaster recovery and system recovery processes. * Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Ability to manage and prioritise multiple support requests and escalate complex issues appropriately. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users. * Full UK driving licence, or equivalent, if travel between sites is required. * Willingness to work occasional additional hours to support auction operations and critical IT requirements, where required. ## Description Euro Auctions conducts unreserved auctions of industrial plant, construction equipment and agricultural machinery on a global basis with sites in the UK, Europe, UAE, Australia, US and Canada.
