Essential Knowledge & Experience

-Experience working within a fast-paced, data-driven operational environment.

-Strong understanding of CAFM systems, FM reporting tools, and performance management.

-Experience within Facilities Management, Total Facilities Management (TFM), PFI contracts, or similar operational environments.

Technical Skills

-Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Strong experience using Excel to analyse large datasets and create meaningful insights.

-Ability to develop innovative reporting solutions that support operational performance and business objectives.

-Experience producing dashboards, KPI reports, and performance analysis for senior stakeholders.

## Description

Job OverviewReporting to the Performance Manager, you'll provide critical analytical support that enables data-driven decision making, ensures contractual compliance, and helps deliver outstanding performance across KPI reporting, asset management, and operational delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical professional who enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights, influencing stakeholders, and helping improve business performance.

What You'll Be Doing

-Partner with Establishment Managers and operational teams across Scotland & Northern Ireland to achieve and exceed contractual KPIs.

-Collaborate with supply chain partners and key stakeholders to support performance improvement initiatives.

-Monitor and analyse operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve maintenance delivery and contract compliance.

-Provide expert guidance and reporting support to ensure operational, estate, and asset compliance requirements are met.

-Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

-Support the continuous improvement of business processes, reporting frameworks, and performance management practices.

-Maintain and enhance estate and asset data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with contract requirements.

-Support and lead, where appropriate, the development and enhancement of CAFM reporting solutions.

-Produce meaningful performance insights using data visualisation and reporting tools to support operational decision making.
