This position is part of the Digital Corporate & Customer Leadership Group, and the incumbent will be responsible for defining, agreeing and delivering KPIs across Service Now. In addition, a key measure of success will be the ability to forge a close working relationship with their business counterparts. What you will be responsible for * Develop, Motivate & 'Grow' the team to allow maximum utilisation and retention. * Deliver a team that can Deliver, Support & Improve the core capabilities of the applications. * Lead the Digital Corporate & Customer Functional Team, ensuring alignment with key core strategies and roadmaps. * Work collaboratively with Application Managers to ensure overall Platform meets and exceeds expectations. * Define good practice models across Functional Application team. * Work closely with Business Leads to understand business strategy and priority. * Work closely to with resource partners to understand resourcing model, flexibilities and opportunities., In line with Southern Water's security requirements, successful candidates will be required to provide evidence of their identity, eligibility to work in the UK, criminal record check (DBS) and verification of their employment and/or education history for the past three years. Appointment to this role is subject to the successful completion of all preemployment checks, including security vetting.
