1. 5+ years of experience as an IT/Systems Manager, leading technical teams or managing enterprise-scale infrastructure.

## Description

We are engaging IT Managers to contribute their expertise to a customer's strategic technology project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is best suited for experienced IT/Systems Managers who have a strong track record leading technical teams or overseeing complex infrastructure for 5+ years.

Scope of Work

 1. Provide comprehensive input and insights on IT strategy development, systems architecture planning, and infrastructure optimization scenarios.
 2. Evaluate and comment on real-world problems in vendor management and procurement processes, ensuring effective collaboration and system integration.
 3. Contribute real-world examples and recommendations regarding security compliance, risk mitigation, and regulatory standards.
 4. Review and critique proposed IT solutions, identifying potential gaps or areas for improvement in architecture and implementation.
 5. Share best practices in team leadership, knowledge transfer, and upskilling within technical organizations.
 6. Deliver detailed feedback on documentation, workflows, and process designs to improve clarity, feasibility, and operational efficiency.
 7. Participate in structured discussions and written assignments to inform the development of smarter AI tools for IT professionals.
