 - Possess advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.

 - Work independently and perform well under pressure.
 - Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and effective change implementation skills.
 - Preferably have experience in large organizations, especially within the financial sector.

## Description

Conduct gap analysis of PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) products and supporting services.

 - Advise management on new features, versions, and strategic direction for PKI services.
 - Collaborate with engineering teams, providing technical guidance and recommending engineering frameworks.
 - Support customers with the initial integration of PKI services.
 - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for third-line support issues as needed.
 - Coordinate with vendors regarding product roadmaps, feature requests, and support matters.
 - Play a key role in potential migrations to new PKI solutions or services.
