## Description

Location: Nationwide with travel to sites as required and our head office in Foley Street, London

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the digital future of our Kier Places business as Digital Director. This is a new role and you'll be joining us at an exciting time as we deepen client partnerships, strengthen operational performance and support sustainable growth. As a member of the senior leadership team, you'll set the strategic direction for digital transformation, ensuring technology, data, automation and artificial intelligence deliver measurable commercial and operational value. This is a business leadership role focused on strategy, value creation and enterprise alignment, working collaboratively across our Residential Solutions, Workplace Solutions and Building Solutions units.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Digital Director, you'll be working within the Kier Places Senior Leadership Team, delivering digital transformation that enables growth and operational excellence. Your day to day will include:

 * Setting and maintaining the Kier Places digital strategy, target state and multi-year roadmap aligned to business priorities
 * Advising senior leadership on how digital, data and AI can create competitive advantage and improve outcomes
 * Leading the digital transformation portfolio, ensuring clear prioritisation and measurable value delivery
 * Embedding digital capability within growth strategies, client propositions and service delivery models
 * Building digital confidence and capability across the organisation, creating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
