Strong understanding of data migration principles including profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation and reconciliation. Experience working with large or complex datasets and identifying data quality issues. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex data issues to non?technical audiences. Understanding of data protection and information security, particularly relating to sensitive people data. Desirable Experience: Experience with HR data domains (employee records, payroll, talent, learning). Exposure to ERP transformation, ideally Oracle Fusion. Familiarity with data cleansing tools such as Excel, SQL or data quality platforms. Experience working in a shared service or public sector environment. ## Description You will lead and coordinate HR data migration activity across a large transformation programme, ensuring data cleansing, mapping, validation and reconciliation activity is delivered to a high standard. Working across business, technical and delivery partner teams, you will bring clarity, governance and assurance to a critical workstream involving sensitive people data., Lead the end?to?end approach to HR data migration, ensuring analysis, cleansing, mapping, validation and reconciliation activity is effectively planned and delivered. Establish clear governance, controls and assurance processes to support data accuracy, completeness, consistency and security. Coordinate business and technical input into data analysis, cleansing and validation, ensuring the right subject matter expertise is engaged at the right time. Oversee source?to?target data mapping, transformation logic and migration documentation, ensuring decisions are clearly captured and assured. Identify and manage data migration risks, issues, dependencies and discrepancies, driving timely resolution across stakeholder groups. Provide clear, evidence?based updates to senior stakeholders on migration progress, risks and readiness. Ensure robust validation and reconciliation processes are in place to confirm migrated data is complete, accurate and fit for business use.
