While industry experience doesn't matter, this is a prestigious, top-tier global company, so absolute professionalism when dealing with senior power users ## Description As our client adopts a growing portfolio of AI-enabled and cloud-based business applications, you will act as the operational custodian of these platforms. Your job is to ensure these tools are effectively managed, secure, cost-efficient, and technically aligned with enterprise needs. Crucially, this is platform-focused, not end-user side. You won't be handling daily desktop support, resetting user passwords, or fixing hardware. Instead, you'll be managing the Back End ecosystem, security governance, and application life cycle.
