## About the Role

* Previous experience within an IT Support, Service Desk or similar technical support role.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and basic networking issues.
 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 * A proactive and organised approach to problem solving.
 * The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
 * Experience working within ITIL or structured support environments would be advantageous.
 * A full UK driving licence would be beneficial.

## Description

* Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support, taking ownership of incidents through to resolution.
 * Build, deploy and support laptops, desktops, workstations and mobile devices.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions and access requests.
 * Support Microsoft 365, Windows and other business-critical applications.
 * Assist with the maintenance of server and network infrastructure.
 * Maintain accurate documentation and update support tickets.
 * Support technology rollouts, upgrades and improvement projects.
 * Work closely with users to deliver a high level of customer service.
