Preferred * Workday certification in HCM, Compensation, Absence, or related modules. * Experience supporting annual compensation review processes within Workday. * Experience supporting Workday releases and regression testing. * Familiarity with Workday Report Writer and calculated fields. * Understanding of Workday integrations and downstream impacts to Payroll, Benefits, or other connected systems. ## Description As a member of the Workday Application Management Support (AMS) team, the Workday HCM, Compensation and Absence Analyst will support the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday HCM, Absence, Compensation and related modules. Working closely with HR, Reward, Payroll, and business stakeholders, you will help ensure Workday effectively supports business processes, delivers a positive employee experience, and remains aligned with organisational requirements.
