## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling and visualisation.
 * Strong SQL skills.
 * Experience working within UK Central Government / public sector environments - essential.
 * Experience working to GDS standards and within Agile delivery teams.
 * Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to communicate complex data and insights clearly to non-technical audiences.

Central Government experience is essential for this position.

## Description

* Build, develop and refine Power BI dashboards and reports.
 * Work with complex datasets to identify trends and generate meaningful insights.
 * Develop effective data models and visualisations within Power BI.
 * Use SQL to query, manipulate and extract data.
 * Translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
 * Work collaboratively within Agile delivery teams and in line with GDS standards.
 * Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
