You'll bring: * A sound awareness and familiarity with finance, budgets and accruals, with an appropriate attention to detail * The ability to think clearly under pressure while maintaining a strong focus on safety * Strong organisational, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities * The honesty and integrity required to build trust amongst the team, with the confidence to take the lead on identifying solutions to any challenges * A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to work, with good communication skills * Excellent IT skills, with experience using general Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, and Teams), and a particular attention for detail * Experience of commercial purchasing software such as BORIS would be highly beneficial (although full training will be provided) ## Description We're looking for a Network Assistant to support our maintenance team in the gas Transmission department. The role is office based in Antrim, Northern Ireland, with the potential for hybrid working. The role plays an important part in helping SGN deliver a key maintenance contract in Northern Ireland for a long establish client. This is an administrative position which focuses on ensuring accurate billing information is submitted on time each month in line with contractual KPIs. You will be in a professional client facing role, supporting a multi-disciplined maintenance and project delivery team. At SGN, we deliver safety, warmth, and comfort to the communities we serve. Every role plays a part in protecting essential infrastructure, and in this role, your insight and analysis will directly influence network performance, while ensuring confidence amongst our key Client and wider stakeholder group.
