* Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and manipulating large datasets
 * Strong experience working with millions of rows of customer, user, or event-level data
 * A background in digital analytics, customer analytics, audience analytics, CRM analytics, web analytics, or subscription analytics
 * Experience analysing user behaviour, engagement, retention, or customer journeys
 * Exposure to experimentation, A/B testing, or product measurement
 * Experience working within cloud data environments such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, Azure, or similar
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
 * A naturally curious and problem-solving mindset
 * Experience with GA4, digital analytics platforms, or product analytics tools would be advantageous

## Description

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work closely with Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders to understand user behaviour and identify opportunities to improve engagement across digital products., * Analysing large-scale customer, audience, and behavioural datasets using SQL

 * Investigating user journeys, engagement patterns, and customer cohorts
 * Developing insights into how users interact with digital products and content
 * Supporting product measurement, event tracking, and analytics frameworks
 * Designing and analysing A/B tests and experimentation programmes
 * Evaluating the impact of new features and product enhancements
 * Identifying opportunities to improve retention, engagement, and user experience
 * Working with web analytics and customer data to uncover actionable insights
 * Supporting audience segmentation and customer identity analysis
 * Translating complex analysis into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to ensure robust tracking and measurement
 * Exploring opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve analytical workflows, * Exposure to Product Analytics and experimentation
