* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder IT-relevante Ausbildung sowie praktische Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst
 * Gute Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit einem Warenwirtschaftssystem sowie mit der MS Office Produktfamilie, insbesondere Excel

 * Auftragsbearbeitung und -verfolgung
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Key Account Management, Einkauf sowie Herstellern
 * Pflege der Kundendaten im CRM System
