 * Ausgeprägte Erfahrung im Anwendersupport (First-Level-Support) sowie Freude am qualitätsorientierten Umgang mit Anwendern
 * Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
 * Führerschein Klasse B.
