## Description

* Erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden bei Fragen und Problemen rund um unsere bankfachlichen Softwarelösungen für das Vertriebscontrolling
 * Strukturierter End2End-Support in unserem Team unter Einbeziehung unseres KI-gestützten Ticketsystems
 * Verantwortung für die eigenen Fachthemen inklusive Durchführung von komplexen fachspezifischen Analysen
 * Eigenverantwortliche Auswahl von Lösungsansätzen bis hin zur Problemlösung im Rahmen bestehender Richtlinien und Analysetools
 * Mitgestaltung und Qualitätssicherung von Kundendokumentationen, Schulungsunterlagen, Tutorials und Projekttätigkeiten
 * Teamübergreifende Kooperation und enger Austausch innerhalb der FI insbesondere mit unseren Anwendungsentwicklungsabteilungen
 * Durchführung von individuellen Kundenschulungen und Workshops bei Bedarf
