 * Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein.
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau).

## Description

Backend Technical Lead .NET / Azure (m/w/d) übernimmst du die technische Verantwortung für die Entwicklung moderner Backend-Lösungen im Azure-Umfeld. Mit deiner Expertise in .NET, Cloud-Technologien und technischer Führung stellst du sicher, dass anspruchsvolle Anforderungen effizient, qualitativ hochwertig und nachhaltig umgesetzt werden.

Aufgaben

 * Technische Führung der Backend-Entwicklung mit Fokus auf Qualität, Stabilität und Produktionsreife.
 * Übersetzung von Architekturvorgaben in technische Arbeitspakete und Entwicklungsrichtlinien.
 * Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Backend-Services und REST APIs auf Basis von .NET und Azure.
 * Gestaltung cloud-nativer Lösungen unter Nutzung relevanter Azure-Plattformdienste.
 * Erstellung von Referenzimplementierungen sowie Definition und Durchsetzung von Coding Standards.
 * Durchführung von Code Reviews sowie Coaching und Mentoring der Entwickler.
 * Sicherstellung von Softwarequalität durch Testautomatisierung, CI/CD und Best Practices.
 * Unterstützung bei Fehleranalyse, Performanceoptimierung sowie produktionsreifen Releases.
 * Identifikation technischer Risiken und Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Umsetzung über alle Entwickler hinweg.
