You'll work alongside customer teams, onsite operators, and engineering and technical support colleagues to diagnose issues, resolve faults, carry out preventative maintenance, and continuously improve system performance., Customer & Technical Support * Provide hands-on technical support at the customer site. * Support the implementation, operation, and ongoing enhancement of automated robotic device testing and triage systems. * Respond quickly to technical issues and troubleshoot problems to minimise operational downtime. * Lead initial fault triage and escalate complex issues to the appropriate engineering or support teams. Maintenance & Troubleshooting * Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on automated systems and associated equipment. * Diagnose and troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems, industrial controls, hardware, sensors, valves, and other components. * Carry out point-to-point checks between field devices and controllers. * Troubleshoot analogue, discrete, and networked input/output signals.
