 * Beheben von Störungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support, remote und vor Ort
 * Entgegennehmen und Bearbeiten von Anfragen per Telefon, E-Mail sowie am IT-Desk
 * Auf- und Abbau von Hardware-Komponenten sowie Durchführung von Umzügen
 * Pflege und Aktualisierung von Asset-Daten sowie Übergabe von Incidents an nachgelagerte Stellen, * Interessante Aufgaben
