## Description

* Plattform-Administration: Du verantwortest den technischen Betrieb, überwachst die Systemperformance und führst Wartungsmaßnahmen sowie Updates der ServiceNow-Instanzen durch.
 * Konfiguration & Entwicklung: Du setzt technische Anforderungen eigenständig durch die Konfiguration von Modulen um und entwickelst bzw. passt automatisierte Workflows an.
 * Projektfokus Datenmodell: Du setzt das Common Service Data Model (CSDM) federführend um, pflegst es und baust eine strukturierte CMDB zur transparenten Abbildung der Anwendungs- und Infrastrukturlandschaft auf.
 * Systemintegration: Du unterstützt technisch bei der Anbindung von ServiceNow an die bestehende Systemlandschaft sowie die API-Plattform in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Integrationsarchitektur.
 * Troubleshooting: Du analysierst und behebst nachhaltig komplexe technische Störungen innerhalb der Plattform.
 * Governance & Standards: Du stellst die Plattform-Governance durch die Einhaltung von Best Practices sicher und führst technische Reviews von Implementierungen durch.
 * Stakeholder-Management: Du steuerst externe Implementierungspartner technisch und stimmst dich eng mit der IT-Architektur sowie den Fachbereichen zur Spezifikation neuer Lösungen ab.
 * Dokumentation: Du erstellst und pflegst die technische Plattformdokumentation sowie die entsprechenden Konfigurationsvorgaben.
