 * Steuerung des Anforderungsmanagements für Chat-Bots und Voice-Bots in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern \n\t
 * Ausgestaltung einer aktiven Produktstrategie für die Kundendialogkanäle der Zukunft, sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen aus der Analyse von Markttrends zur Optimierung der Customer Journey\n\t
 * Teilnahme und Übernahme von Funktionen in Gremien/Großprojekten der Finanz Informatik und Projekten des DSGV\n\t
 * Förderung des Einsatzes moderner Technologien und KI-Konzepte zur Verbesserung von Produkten und Prozessen\n\t
 * Moderation von Workshops zur Entwicklung innovativer Lösungsansätze\n
