 * Effiziente Kategorisierung zur Bestimmung von Dringlichkeit und Priorität Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Dokumentation im IT-Umfeld
 * Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Störungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Vollständige Dokumentation aller Bearbeitungsschritte Planung, Installation und Konfiguration von Client-Hard- und Software
 * Planung, Installation und Konfiguration von Client-Hard- und Software mit Microsoft Intune
 * Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Client-Infrastruktur Administration von IT-Infrastruktur
 * Administration von Active Directory und Azure Active Directory
 * Administration von Microsoft 365 (Teams, Benutzer, Berechtigungen)
 * Betreuung von Microsoft Exchange (Postfächer und Verteilerlisten) Standort-Support
 * Vor-Ort-Support an verschiedenen zu betreuenden Standorten im Kölner Umkreis
 * Anfahrten erfolgen rotierend innerhalb des Service-Desk-Teams
