 * Verwaltung und Pflege von Benutzerkonten und Softwarelizenzen
 * Strategische Planung und Abwicklung von Hard- und Software-Beschaffungen inklusive Assetmanagement
 * Schnelle Störungsbeseitigung und kompetente Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragen
 * Proaktives Monitoring und Sicherstellung hoher Verfügbarkeit aller business-kritischen Systeme
