 * Dein Profil zeichnet sich durch ein souveränes Auftreten auf Management- und Steering-Committee-Ebene, adressatengerechte Kommunikation sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Entscheidungsstärke aus.

 * Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Integrationsszenarien zwischen SAP SuccessFactors und bestehenden SAP-HCM-, Payroll- oder Drittanwendungen bringst du ebenso mit wie die Fähigkeit, interdisziplinäre und teilweise internationale Teams sicher zusammenzuführen.

 * Abgerundet wird dein Profil durch ein gutes Verständnis der übergreifenden HCM-Prozesslandschaft von SAP SuccessFactors bis SAP ECP, sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie die erforderliche Reisebereitschaft für globale Projektumgebungen.
