This is an exciting time to join a growing business function and join an area which is responsible for the continually improving the delivery of IT services and performance. More about your role Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will play a key role in providing technical support to end users and resolving any IT issues which may arise. You will possess a positive attitude and be comfortable liaising with stakeholders across the wider business. This will be done over the phone, online or face to face. You will also adhere to policies and procedures as well as security protocols to ensure compliance and protect sensitive data. In addition, you will accurately maintain documentation of incidents and solutions to facilitate efficient problem solving and knowledge sharing. The working shifts are for this role are either 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm. At Places for People, are we committed to a safe working environment so a basic DBS check is mandatory. More about you The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a Service Desk role.
