This is an opportunity to lead a Data Services function covering Business Intelligence, Data Science, Digital Analytics, and Marketing Technology. You will shape strategy, develop teams, and drive the adoption of AI across data services.The CompanyThey are a global organisation operating across data, analytics, technology, and digital marketing. Their teams help clients improve decision-making through measurement, reporting, analytics, and data-driven solutions. As the business continues to grow, they are investing further in their data capability and leadership team.The Role

 * Define the strategy and roadmap for the Data Services function.
 * Lead teams across Business Intelligence, Data Science, Digital Analytics, and Marketing Technology.
 * Drive the use of AI within data services workflows and delivery.
 * Establish standards and best practices across analytics, reporting, and measurement.
 * Support revenue growth through client development and new business opportunities.
 * Partner with senior stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals.
 * Develop and mentor practice leads and senior specialists.
 * Present data strategies and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
 * Contribute to the organisation's presence within the data and analytics market.
