## About the Role

Expérience : Première expérience réussie (2 ans minimum souhaités) en support informatique de proximité N1/N2.
-Compétences techniques :
oMaîtrise de l'environnement Windows 10/11 et de la suite Microsoft 365.
oBonnes notions d'Active Directory, d'Intune et des bases réseau (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
oPratique d'un outil ITSM (idéalement ServiceNow) et de prise en main à distance.
oLa connaissance d'outils d'entreprise (Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics) est un atout.
-Qualités requises : Rigueur, autonomie, excellent sens du service client et discrétion.
-Langues : Français courant ; Anglais intermédiaire (usage écrit pour le support international)., TeamViewer

## Description

Pour accompagner les utilisateurs d'un groupe industriel en forte croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) Support Informatique de proximité pour assurer la maintenance et l'assistance du parc informatique.
-Localisation : La Ciotat (13)
-Rythme de travail : 3 jours par semaine
-Mobilité : Déplacements ponctuels (1 à 2 fois par mois à Cannes - 06) - Permis B et véhicule indispensables
Missions principales
-Support utilisateur (N1/N2) : Prise en charge des demandes et incidents sur les postes de travail Windows, imprimantes, téléphonie (Zoom, 3CX) et périphériques.
-Masterisation & Déploiement : Préparation, configuration, mise à jour et dépannage matériel/logiciel (via Microsoft Intune).
-Administration & Réseau : Gestion des comptes et droits d'accès (Active Directory, Microsoft 365) et diagnostic de premier niveau sur le réseau local (Ethernet, Wi-Fi, switchs).
-Suivi ITSM : Traitement, documentation et clôture des tickets d'incidents via ServiceNow.
-Support à distance : Assistance ponctuelle (TeamViewer) auprès de filiales internationales.
