Windows Assurer la maintenance de premier niveau et le dépannage matériel/logiciel des bornes déployées en pharmacie Traiter les incidents techniques remontés par les pharmaciens (redémarrage, mises à jour, connectivité, périphériques) Assurer le suivi et la traçabilité des interventions via l'outil de ticketing Collaborer avec les équipes support et technique pour escalader les cas complexes Le profil qu'on recherche Expérience en support technique / maintenance informatique, idéalement sur un parc de matériel Windows Bonne connaissance de l'environnement Windows (installation, configuration, dépannage) Autonomie, sens pratique et capacité à résoudre des problèmes techniques rapidement Bon relationnel - vous serez en contact avec les pharmaciens sur le terrain ou par téléphone Rigueur et sens du service Conditions Rémunération : 33 000 € brut/an Statut : Non-cadre Horaires : 8h-17h du lundi au jeudi, 8h-16h le vendredi Temps de travail : 39h/semaine
