## Description

Vous serez amené à intégrer le dispositif d'un de nos clients du secteur privé en tant que TECHNICIEN SUPPORT DE PROXIMITE ITINERANT N2 H/F Vous aurez pour missions - Installer les matériels de l'environnement utilisateur à partir de procédures existantes ou non - Installer et configurer les équipements infra (serveurs, réseaux, stockage?) à partir de procédures existantes. - Analyser, diagnostiquer et résoudre des incidents à partir de procédures existantes ou non - Déployer des modes de fonctionnements dégradés (solution de contournement) d'un équipement si nécessaire - Mettre en application les solutions préconisées par les techniciens support niveau 3 et experts métiers pour les incidents complexes - Réaliser des opérations en lien avec les outils d'administration en suivant les procédures établies - Réaliser les déploiements en conformité avec le planning établi - Renseigner les supports de suivi d'intervention et transmettre les informations aux services
concernés (compte rendu d'activité, Timesheet, outils de ticketing, CMDB ?) - Alimenter la base de connaissances avec de la documentation (rédiger les procédures, fiche de documentation') La liste des tâches n'est pas exhaustive Environnement technique : - Office, - Windows
