Bac à Bac+2 en Informatique, experience significative en support Informatique Helpdesk.
Compétences techniques :

 - Maîtrise de l'environnement Windows, de l'AD.
 - Bilingue Anglais/ Français
 - Système : Windows 10 et 11, Active Directory.
 - Outils bureautiques et collaboratifs : Messagerie Outlook 365, suite Office
Soft Skills :
Excellent relationnel, sens du service et rigueur.

## Description

Réceptionner les sollicitations (téléphone, portail) et effectuer le diagnostic de niveau 1.

 - Traiter les incidents et demandes N1 (dépannage, application de procédures).
 - Installer les applications et gérer les droits utilisateurs.
 - Assurer le suivi des incidents majeurs et escalader les tickets complexes (N2/N3).
 - Diffuser les communications d'incidents et enrichir la base de connaissances.
