## Description

* Gérer les demandes de support technique des utilisateurs,
 * Diagnostiquer et solutionner les problèmes hardware et software,
 * Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'utilisation des outils et applications informatiques,
 * Assurer le suivi des incidents via un outils de ticketing (GLPI, Service Now et autres),
 * Escalader aux niveaux supérieurs
 * Préparer les postes et les configurer,
 * Documenter les incidents et les solutions apportées dans notre système de ticketing (GLPI ou Service Now),
 * Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour remonter les problèmes complexes.
