 - Connaissance générale des systèmes d'exploitation du poste de travail (Windows, Mac OS)

 - Notions de base sur les configurations usuelles, systèmes et outils bureautiques

 - Notions de base sur les réseaux informatiques et sur la téléphonie sur IP, De formation Bac+2 dans le domaine de l'informatique.

Expérience requise dans un poste de Technicien Support Informatique : 2 ans minimum.

## Description

Déploiement et maintenance du matériel informatique (postes informatiques, périphériques, impression) ;

 - Aide à la gestion, installation et maintenance des logiciels ;

 - Assistance et support technique (matériel et logiciel) auprès des utilisateurs ;

 - Présentation des ressources informatiques aux nouveaux utilisateurs ;

 - Sensibilisation des utilisateurs sur la sécurité informatique et sur les règles de bonnes pratiques ;

 - Aide à la gestion de la téléphonie sur IP, assistance aux utilisateurs et maintenance des installations ;

 - Rédiger et appliquer / faire appliquer les procédures.
