Vous serez responsable de :

 * Répondre aux demandes de support technique des utilisateurs,
 * Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes matériels et logiciels,
 * Assister les utilisateurs dans l'utilisation des outils et applications informatiques,
 * Documenter les incidents et les solutions dans notre système de ticketing,
 * Participer à la mise à jour des bases de connaissances et des guides d'utilisation,
 * Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour escalader les problèmes complexes.
