## Description

**À propos du groupe** Acteur majeur de la biologie médicale en France (12 000 collaborateurs, 900 sites), le groupe réorganise sa DSI (350 personnes) à Saint-Ouen. L'objectif : internaliser ses compétences clés et construire son usine digitale commune.

**Le projet \& l'enjeu** Vous rejoignez l'équipe dédiée au portail digital de résultats patients, un produit phare gérant 110 000 connexions quotidiennes (25 % de la biologie médicale en France).

 * Defi : Digitalisation complète du parcours patient (parcours fluide, visio, QR code) et migration globale de la stack.

**Vos missions** Au sein d'une équipe produit de 12 personnes (en croissance vers 14-20 collaborateurs) :

 * Développement : Concevoir des API solides et performantes en Node.js / TypeScript (Express) pour absorber le trafic.

 * Internalisation : Structurer les bonnes pratiques pour remplacer progressivement les prestations externes par une équipe interne pérenne.

**Votre profil**

 * Solide expérience Backend en JS/TS avec maîtrise de Node.js (Express recommandé).
 * Esprit pragmatique, orienté solution et qualité de code.
 * Anglais courant impératif

**Conditions**

 * Package : 65 000 € - 75 000 € fixe + 5 % de variable.
 * Localisation : Saint-Ouen (2 à 3 jours de télétravail/semaine).
