The Care team's primary objective is to build "Phoenix," our new, comprehensive back-office system. This service aggregates data from all other teams and supply lines (train, carpool, and bus), while also providing critical action capabilities regarding our users, such as account blocking and content moderation. Your role will be to contribute to the creation of this unified back-office and to ensure our customer relation agents can operate seamlessly. You will work within a multi-stack team of 3 Backend & 1 Frontend Engineer. You will collaborate closely with the Community Relations Team (CRT) as well as with Product Managers from other teams to best define needs and ensure seamless integration across the company.
