Outre vos compétences techniques, nous nous intéressons également à votre potentiel et votre motivation. Nos postes sont ouverts aux personnes en situation de handicap.

## Description

Vos missions ? En tant que technicien support N1 vous assurez les missions suivantes : -Traiter les incidents et les demandes utilisateurs. -Superviser et traiter les alertes sur les sites distants (LAN, WAN, Serveurs). -Configurer et installer des postes de travail et du matériel d'infrastructure. -Intervenir sur sites : locaux techniques, matériels, câblage, etc. -Participer aux projets informatiques : organisation des déploiements, planning, coordination et communication, etc. Environnement Technique - Windows -ITOps, CMDB - Powershell, Centreon (un plus)
