## About the Role

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un profil avec 3 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire de technicien réseau/système itinérant (f/h) doté d'une bonne autonomie et un bon relationnel client. Votre capacité d'adaptation et vos capacités rédactionnelles seront aussi challengées tout au long de la mission.

## Description

Rattaché(e) à l'équipe informatique, vous assurerez le support de proximité ainsi que la gestion et le déploiement des infrastructures sur site et en itinérance ;

-Support utilisateurs de niveau 1 et 2
-Préparation, installation et déploiement des postes de travail Windows
-Préparation et configuration des équipements mobiles (smartphones et tablettes iOS/Android)
-Installation et paramétrage des imprimantes en réseau et des matériels de visioconférence
-Déplacements et dépannages directement sur les sites des clients

En termes de connaissances techniques, le profil sélectionné doit maîtriser la préparation et installation de serveurs Windows, la configuration de premier niveau sur Cisco, Juniper, Zyxel. L'administration de base AD et l'environnement M365 (Exchange Online, Entra, Sharepoint).
