Tu rejoins une équipe qui modernise progressivement l'existant tout en construisant de nouvelles briques avec une exigence claire sur la robustesse, la performance et l'observabilité.

Ce que tu vas faire

 * Concevoir et faire évoluer des composants backend .NET/C#
 * Moderniser une architecture applicative existante par étapes, pas par réécriture
 * Documenter les choix d'architecture (et les tenir dans le temps)
 * Faire évoluer l'accès aux données, les traitements asynchrones, les pipelines
 * Optimiser la performance et la scalabilité des services
 * Mettre en place une observabilité end-to-end : logs, métriques, traces
 * Garantir la qualité des livraisons : tests, versioning sémantique, release notes
 * Intervenir sur les diagnostics de prod et les post-mortems
