## About the Role

* Active TS/SCI
 * 15+ years of Test Engineering, V&V, or related experience
 * Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field
 * Experience testing complex mission-critical systems
 * Strong requirements traceability experience
Experience with missile warning, space systems, DT&E/OT&E, FORGE, SBIRS, or OPIR is highly desirable.

## Description

This position will lead verification and validation efforts for complex, mission-critical systems

 * Developing and executing test plans and procedures
 * Leading system verification and validation
 * Maintaining requirements traceability throughout testing
 * Overseeing integration and operational testing
 * Analyzing test results and identifying technical risks
 * Providing technical findings and recommendations to leadership
 * Improving overall system reliability and mission readiness
