## About the Role

* 10+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years in IT consulting leading complex, client-facing engagements
\n

 * Significant experience working within a recognized U.S. or global consulting firm delivering technology consulting services to enterprise clients in the United States
\n

 * Demonstrated experience operating in a structured consulting environment with responsibility for client delivery, commercial commitments, executive stakeholder management, and multiple concurrent engagements
\n

 * Strong application development project experience
\n

 * Hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery from a PM perspective, including user stories, sprint configuration, velocity tracking, capacity planning, and resource allocation
\n

 * Experience delivering projects within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, .NET, and/or Power Platform
\n

 * Ability to lead projects from the ground up, including discovery, requirements gathering, solution shaping, planning, and delivery
\n

 * Strong business analysis skills
\n

 * Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones
\n

 * Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
\n

 * Willingness to work hands-on in delivery details rather than operating exclusively at a governance level
\n

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

## Description

You must have experience running end-to-end software development lifecycle projects, including leading requirements gathering, DevOps management, sprint management, and development teams to deliver to the agreed scope.
