Hybrid in Kings Point, NY Our client seeks an IT Training & Knowledge Management Specialist to deliver Microsoft 365 and general IT training, develop training materials, and manage knowledge bases. The role involves creating engaging content, facilitating workshops, and supporting internal knowledge sharing initiatives., * Deliver Microsoft 365 and general IT training sessions to end users

 * Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning modules
 * Create and manage knowledge base articles and other internal resources
 * Facilitate training workshops and virtual sessions
 * Collaborate with IT teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
 * Track training metrics and user engagement
 * Support knowledge management initiatives across the organization
