 * Active Secret clearance required., * Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition processes.
 * Familiarity with Aviation & Missile Center (AvMC) missions and systems.
 * Knowledge of rapid prototyping and systems integration techniques.
 * Experience with Agile development methodologies.

* Translate operational and customer needs into technical requirements and practical engineering solutions.
 * Apply Systems Engineering principles to identify and resolve technical challenges.
 * Manage system requirements and ensure successful integration of complex systems.
 * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and test hardware and software solutions.
 * Support rapid prototyping and systems integration activities.
 * Document system design, test results, and lessons learned.
 * Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
