## About the Role

* 3+ years of professional software development experience
 * Strong backend skills in Python, Node.js, or similar, plus working knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks
 * Experience integrating third-party platforms via API, such as CRMs, payment processors, or scheduling tools
 * Experience building internal automation and operational tooling, not just user-facing applications
 * Comfortable working independently and owning a project from scoping through deployment

Nice to Have

 * Front-end experience with React, Vue, or similar, plus TypeScript
 * Hands-on experience with CRM and scheduling platforms such as GoHighLevel
 * Experience building AI features using frameworks such as LangGraph or the Vercel AI SDK
 * Background in healthcare, compliance, or HIPAA-adjacent environments
 * Military service or a personal connection to the veteran community
