This individual will partner with engineering teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to facilitate application onboarding efforts, manage project deliverables, track action items, and drive initiatives through completion. This role is ideal for someone with strong business analysis or project coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and enjoys working closely with technical teams. Responsibilities * Facilitate meetings with application teams, engineers, and business stakeholders * Track project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items * Manage and update Jira tickets, project documentation, and status reporting * Support application onboarding initiatives within the IAM organization * Coordinate Agile ceremonies and assist with project planning activities * Drive follow-up efforts and help remove blockers to keep projects on schedule * Maintain documentation within Confluence and related collaboration tools We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
